We Heard You

Earlier this year, we asked more than 3,000 frequent flyers and spoke to frontline employees about what changes they’d like to see made to our service. As a result, US Airways began a major initiative focused on improving our customers’ experience across the board.

Last month, we unveiled a wide selection of new First Class meals. These delicious meals feature the higher-quality, fresh ingredients that our health-conscious passengers told us they wanted. We expanded our service to five meal windows throughout the day, each of which will be updated monthly to provide plenty of choices. We also increased our meal hours to 5:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. on flights 3.5 hours or longer to better meet our customers’ needs.

In addition to these First Class enhancements, we relaunched our In-flight Café program last fall with better quality, fresher meals and popular new snack options that rotate every other month. And in Envoy, beginning this spring, we’ll introduce our own unique food and wine selections, improved onboard amenities, and new near lie-flat seats on our B767 fleet.

Thanks for your feedback. We hope you enjoy these improvements; we look forward to serving you on another US Airways flight soon.
